Trama
Per Il Cavaliere Oscuro, seguito di Batman Begins, si ritrovano insieme sul set il regista Christopher Nolan e l' attore Christian Bale, nuovamente nei panni di Batman/Bruce Wayne ancora impegnato nella sua guerra contro il crimine. Con l'aiuto del tenente Jim Gordon e del procuratore distrettuale Harvey Dent, Batman si prepara ad eliminare una volta per tutte il crimine organizzato a Gotham. Il terzetto si dimostra efficace. Ma ben presto i tre si troveranno ad affrontare un nuovo genio del crimine in ascesa, noto come Joker, che fa precipitare Gotham nell'anarchia e costringe Batman ad avvicinarsi pericolosamente al confine sottile che separa un eroe da un vigilante. Heath Ledger interpreta il malvagio Joker e Aaron Eckhart è Dent. Nel cast anche Maggie Gyllenhaal nel ruolo di Rachel Dawes. Tornano in questo film anche altri attori di Batman Begins: Gary Oldman è Gordon, Michael Caine è Alfred e Morgan Freeman è Lucius Fox.
